1.Besan Flour-1 cup
2.Rice Flour-1/2 xup
3.Red chilly Powder- to taste
4.Cashew Nuts-15 nos
5.Mint Leaves- one handful
6.Salt
7.Oil- For deep frying
Method:
- Mix besan,rice flour,salt red chilly powder,cashew nuts and mint leaves in a wider bowl.
- Add tablespoon of hot oil ,mix well.
- Sprinkle little ,little water at the time and make soft dough.
- Heat kadai with enough oil,and pinch the dough directly and deep fry it.
- Drain in kitchen towel and serve.
