Am posting this Recipe for Blog hop Wednesday, for this Month,Started by
Radhika of "Tickling Palates".This time i was very very late in Posting my Recipe!!For

Ingredients:
1) Tofu-1 cup
2) Onion-1 medium (Chopped)
3) Tomato – 1 medium (Chopped)
4) Red Chilly Powder-2 teaspoon
5) Cumin Powder-1 teaspoon
6) Coriander Powder-1 teaspoon
7) Turmeric Powder-1/2 teaspoon
8) Salt-To Taste
9) Cilantro
10) Oil-1 tablespoon
1) Tofu-1 cup

8) Salt-To Taste
9) Cilantro
10) Oil-1 tablespoon

Squeeze all water from the Tofu. Drain it, completely
as much as you can .
vScramble well with hands. Keep aside.

Method:
- Take Microwave safe bowl, add oil and cumin seeds. Keep it for 2 mins in microwave.
- Add Onion, stir it .Keep it for 2 mins .

Tofu will have more water by itself, so microwave
it till all moisture evaporates.( Depends on Microwave mode, keep it for more mins )

Finally
take it out, mix it well.Add some Cilantro on top.
§ That’s it!! Simple Buriji’s is ready now!!
- Serve hot with Roti,Rice.. Enjoy :)
