- Tomato-3 chopped
- Onion-1 chopped
- Red chilly powder-as needed
- Cinnamon-1inch stick
- Cloves-3
- Garlic-5 nos chopped
- Salt/turmeric powder
- Oil-2teaspoon
- Curry leaves/Cilantro
- Water-1/4 cup
- Heat a pan with oil,splutter mustard,jeera,cloves,cinnamon,curry leaves.
- Now add Garlic and onion give a mix and fry till onion gets transparent.
- Add tomato and fry till gets soft ,add salt,red chilly powder,turmeric powder.
- Pour the water,cook in medium heat.
- Once raw smell goes,add cilantro,mix well.
- Ready to serve with dosai,idly,chapathi.
Can use red chilly or green chilly instead on chilly powder.
