- Cilantro-1/2 bunch
- Onion-1 medium chopped
- Tomato-1chopped
- Ginger-1/2 inch
- Garlic-2 peeled
- Tamarind -small bit
- Red chilly or green chilly -2
- Coconut-1/4 cup shredded
- Channa dal/Urad dal-1teaspoon each
- Turmeric/salt-as needed
- Oil-2teaspoon
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan roast channa dal,urad dal,red chilly,ginger and garlic
- Add chopped onion,curryleaves fry till turns soft
- Add tomato,fry till raw smell goes.
- Put salt,turmeric powder,tamarind mix well.
- Finally add cilantro leaves,and coconut give it a mix and turn off the stove.no need to cook.
- Let it be cool,after that blend with little water.Blend in to very fine chutney.
- Transfer in to bowl.ready to serve.
