Deep fried Cutlets |
- Potato-2 boiled
- Peas-1/2cup boiled
- Cheese-2table spoon
- Red chilly powder/salt-To taste.
- Rusk-1/2 cup
Method:
- Mash potato in bowl.add Peas,chilly powder,cheese,salt,cilantro mix well.
- Make in to desired shape.Dip in to maida mixer and roll in bread rusk,deep fry it.
- Ready to serve.
