Ingredients:
- Okra-20 nos
- Mustard/Channa dal/Urad dal-1/2 teaspoon each
- Oil-2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder
- Salt/Red chilly powder-to taste
- Sambar powder-1 tespoon
Method:
- Heat Oil in pan,Add mustard,channa dal,urad dal and fry well
- Add Okra/Vendaikai ,put all dry ingredients give a mix and cook in medium heat.
- Don't put the lid while cooking
- This recipe will take maximum15 mns to cook,In between,regularly give a mix.otherwise Vendaikai/Okra will stick in bottom.
- Finally u can add some shredded coconut.(Optional)
- Serve with any type of rice.
