Take a small amount of Oats,make a powder in blender and store it.This way will make dosa easily when we want.Kids will like it.

- Powdered Oats-1 cup
- Rava/Sooji-1/4 cup
- Rice Flour-1/4 cup
- Jeera-1 teaspoon
- Ginger- few (chopped)
- Green Chilly/Cilantro-Few (chopped)
- Salt
- Oil
- Mix all Ingredients together in a bowl except oil.with adding water.
- Rest it for 15 min.
- After,check the batter and add enough water and bring to dosa batter consistency.
- Heat dosa Pan,and make small dosa with little oil all around.
- For crispy dosa close lid and cook.
- Ready to Serve with Any chutney.
I served with Carrot Chutney.My Kid liked a lot :)....
Really these r very healthy. Yummy too with a touch of pickle.
