Ingredients:
- Raw Banana/Vaazhakkai-1
- Onion-1 medium chopped
- Green chilly-2 nos slit
- Garlic-2 mash it
- Mustard/channa dal-1teaspoon
- shredded coconut -2table spoon
- Oil-1teaspoon
Method:
- Heat oil in the pan,splutter mustard,channa dal,and curry leaves,green chillies
- Now add garlic and onion and fry well.
- Add grated Plantain/Vaazhakkai and mix it well add salt and turmeric powder.
- Finally add shredded coconut and cilantro.
- Ready to serve with,all type of satham.
This's a simple recipe.
