- Okra/ladies finger-10 nos
- Curd-1/4 cup
- Oil-3teaspoon
- Onion-1/2 medium chopped
- Mustard/Jeera-1teaspoon
- Toor dal-2table spoon
- Rice-2table spoon
- Jeera-1teaspoon
- Green chilly-3 nos
- Coconut-2table spoon shredderd
- Ginger-1/2inch
Method:
Step 1:
- Wash the ladies finger,cut the both edges.And then.,cut in to 1"size.
- Heat oil in the pan,fry all okra/ladies fingers and keep it aside.Don't add water to cook.just roast in oil.no need to close the lid also.
- Ground all ingredients,with little water.Transfer,the mixture in to Bowl and add enough salt,turmeric powder,curd and water.Mixture have to be in thin.
- Heat 2teaspoon of oil in pan,splutter Mustard seeds,Jeera,Curry leaves.
- Put chopped onion,and fry well.
- Now add fried Okra/Ladied fringers mix it well.
- Pour all the ground mixture in to it.Keep the stove in low flame.
- Cook it for 3-4 mns.Don't allow the curry to boil.
- Garnish with curry leaves and cilantro,serve with white rice.
