This's very simple recipe., Kids will like to eat a colorful Kheer.,I learned from my grandma.,She used to mix some rose essence in this.,i didnt have that one so i used cardamom powder.I'll prefer to have when it's cold and chill.
Ingredients:- Carrot-2
- Milk-1cup
- Sugar-1/4 cup
- Salt-pinch
- Cardamompowder-1 pinch
- Ghee-1teapoon
- Cashew,almonds-few
- Peel the carrot and cut the edges.and cut the carrots in to small.,small pieces
- Pressure cook the carrots with 1/4 th cup of water.just 3 whistle is fine.
- Once it cool down,open the lid and blend in blender.
- Boil 1 cup of milk in pan., add sugar,salt and give a mix
- Now slowly add grounded Carrot mixture and cook for 2 mns.add cardamom powder.
- Fry dry fruits in ghee and add on top.
- Serve Hot or cold.
