Ingredients:
- Semiya/Vermicelli-1 cup
- Vegetable-1/2 cup (carrot,beans,peas)
- Onion-1/2 cup (Chopped (R) Stripped)
- Green Chilly-2 (Slitted)
- Ginger-few finely chopped
- Lemon juice-1 tablespoon
- Curry leaves/Cilantro-few
- Mustard-1 teaspoon
- Channa dal-1 teaspoon
- Oil
- Salt-to taste
- Roast the Semiya/Vermicelli in 1 teaspoon of oil.and keep aside.
- Heat a separate pan with 2 cups water.Bring to boil add some salt and oil.
- Put all Semiya in to boiling water cook till all gets soft not Mushy.
- Then Drain all the water,again soak in to cool water for 2-3 min.Drain it.
- Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in Kadai,splutter Mustard,roast the chana dal,green chilly,Ginger & curry leaves.
- Add onions and fry till get transparent.Add the vegetables and cook till gets soft.(don't put water)close the lid and cook.
- Once all ready add drained Semiya,lemon juice &salt mix well.
- Garnish with cilantro.Reserve hot with (R) with out chutney.
Note: U can use tomato instead of lemon juice.
